Canadian, British, Leonard now lives in the Spanish countryside. He worked at Summerhill School for twelve years as a teacher, Curriculum Advisor and Education Manager. Leonard was co-principal of his own democratic school, owner/director of a small Home School Centre, developed Club House Democracy for state school classrooms, was a founding member of Eudec and with Jason, created Summerhill Democratics in 2014.
